Q: What is the typical broker fee for a rental?

A: As of June 11 2025, under the FARE Act, tenants cannot be required to pay the broker fee if the broker represents the landlord or is hired by the landlord. If tenants choose to hire our brokerage services themselves (for example, to assist in the search or negotiation process), then a fee may be applicable — and such fees have historically ranged from approximately 10-15% of the annual rent.

Q: What are the qualifications to rent?

A: Every owner is different.  The general guidelines that owners looks for are earning forty times the monthly rental amount, good credit, and a stable employment history. Some owners take guarantors, others do not. In some cases, 3rd Party guarantor RHINO and The Guarantors is also accepted.

Q: Do you have other listings that are not listed on the site?
